RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is defective

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned after the allowed time.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at order@oppiaclothing.com
  2. Provide:
  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide instructions.

4. Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5  business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement

Where possible, the company may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
