  • In the original packaging with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut or customized fabric lengths

  • Perishable goods (if any)

  • Intimate, sanitary, or health-related items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely and on time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned fabric, we will notify you about your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is returned damaged or used

  • If the product is missing parts or packaging not due to our error

  • If the return is submitted after 30 days

Partial refunds are calculated based on the condition of the returned product.
